| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na veřejné instituce, které v České republice podporují kinematografii. Značná část práce je věnována Státnímu fondu kinematografie, jeho fungování a jaký vliv měl jeho vznik na oblast podpory a financování české kinematografie. Mezi další instituce, které budou v rámci této práce představeny patří Odbor médií a audiovize ministerstva kultury, Národní filmový archiv nebo programy EU – MEDIA a Eurimages.Stěžejní část práce je věnována Zákonu o audiovizi, který prošel významnou novelizací v roce 2016. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký měla zmíněná novelizace vliv na vyplácení dotací pro podporu kinematografie. |

| Abstract: | The main focus of the thesis are public institutions that support cinematography in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focused on the National Cinematography Fund, its functioning and its influence on the support and financing of Czech cinematography. Among other institutions that will be presented in this work are The Media and Audio-visual Department of Ministry of Culture, the National Film Archive or the EU programmes- MEDIA and Eurimages.The main part of the thesis is devoted to the Audio-visual Act, which underwent a major amendment in 2016. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the mentioned amendment impacted subsidies, which meant for support of cinematography. |
