| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit, jak výhodná je investice do robotizace v rámci náhrady přibližně 100 pracovních hodin v týdnu. V rámci hodnocení Everest RPA PEAK Matrix, které hodnotí poskytovatele robotizace na trhu vyhodnotím aktuálně nejlepší poskytovatele k implementaci RPA na trhu, které zahrnu v praktické části jako jedny z možností pro implementaci. Z ilustrativního příkladu za použití reálných dat docházím při porovnání relativní úspory nákladů za zaměstnance ročně a celkových nákladů spojené s vlastnictvím, že investice do robotizace přinese celkovou roční úsporu v rozpětí mezi 889 900 Kč až 2 013 552 Kč již v prvním roce po implementaci. Kromě toho přináší řadu externalit, které by bylo dále vhodné zkoumat v následujících pracích. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to find out how advantageous is the investment in robotization, which is able to compensate approximately 100 manpower working hours per week. As part of the Everest RPA PEAK Matrix evaluation, which evaluates the robotization providers on the market, I will evaluate the best current providers to implement RPA on the market. These providers will be later included in the practical part as one of the options for implementation. When comparing the relative cost savings per employee and total cost of ownership using real data from an illustrative example, it is evident that the investment in robotics will bring a total annual savings of between 889 900 CZK to 2 013 552 CZK already in the first year after implementation. This investment may also bring several additional conversions that could be further explored in other thesis. |
