| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se v prvních dvou kapitolách zabývá obecnou problematikou investování. Definuje základní pojmy a vysvětluje rozdíly mezi nimi např. jaký je rozdíl mezi investicí a spotřebou. Dále předkládá charakteristiku jednotlivých typů investorů a investičních příležitostí. Vysvětluje, jakým způsobem se stanovuje riziko individuálního instrumentu a jak se hodnotí jeho výnosnost. Cílem prvních dvou kapitol je přinést zjednodušený, avšak ucelený pohled na problematiku investování.Ve třetí, praktické, kapitole se zabývá možností investice do zlata jakožto nástroje pro zajištění se proti inflaci. Cílem bylo zjistit, jestli výnosnost instrumentu dokáže pokrýt znehodnocení peněz inflací v podmínkách ČR. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis in first two chapters focuses on basic issues of investing. Defines basic concepts and explains differences between them What is the difference between investment and consumption. Further characterizes basic types of investors and investment opportunities. Explain how to determine the level of risk of individual instrument and how to evaluate its profit. The third chapter of the thesis analyzes the possibility of hedging against inflation through investing in bullion. The main goal was to find out if it is possible to cover money debasement by profit from bullion investment in Czech Republic. |
