| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní přepravní společnosti. Cílem je popsat vybrané účetní a daňové případy charakteristické pro společnost provozující mezinárodní přepravu a také vybrané aspekty podnikání v oboru nákladní dopravy. Při zpracování této práce jsem vycházela z osobní zkušenosti z práce v účetním oddělení přepravní společnosti, z knižních publikací a z právních předpisů. Výsledkem je souhrn poznatků o podnikání v daném odvětví, mezi tyto poznatky patří informace o daňové povinnosti podniku a o metodách účtování typických transakcí pro přepravce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the international forwarding company, because I consider the given topic very actual. The aim was to describe specific accounting and tax cases that characterize the company which is doing operations in the international transportation business as well as to describe selected aspects of the business. In the elaboration of this work I was based on personal experience from work in the accounting department of the transportation company, from the printed publications, and from legal regulations. The result is a summary of business knowledge in the industry which includes information about the tax liability of the enterprise and the methods of accounting of the typical transaction of the carrier. |
