| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnovaná analýze vlivu Čínské vlády a vládou vydávaných politik na přímé zahraniční investice uskutečňované čínskými subjekty. Práce představuje souhrn vydaných vládních nařízení a posuzuje jejích provázanost s uskutečněnými PZI projekty po otevření Čínské ekonomiky vůči světu. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat přímé zahraniční investice čínských společností se zaměřením na jejich vazbu na motivační politiky, které vytváří domácí vláda v této oblasti za účelem úspěšného hospodářského rozvoje Číny. Rovněž jsou zvážené výhrady tykající se objemů a účelů projektů přímých zahraničních investic plynoucích z Číny do celého světa. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the Chinese government and government-issued policies on foreign direct investment made by Chinese entities. The thesis presents a summary of issued governmental regulations and assesses their interconnection with FDI projects after the opening of the Chinese economy to the world. The aim of this thesis is to analyze foreign direct investment of Chinese companies with a focus on their link to motivation policies, which are created by the domestic government in this area for the purpose of successful economic development of China. Also concerns about the volume and purpose of foreign direct investment projects from China to the world are evaluated. |
