| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování finanční analýzy a tvorbu krátkodobého finančního plánu společnosti POLYTEX COMPOSITE, s. r. o..Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V první, teoretické části, se nachází vymezení ukazatelů, modelů a postupů, jež jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části. Na počátku praktické části je charakteristika podniku i jeho konkurentů. Poté je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza, jsou použiti ukazatelé finanční analýzy spolu se srovnáním s konkurenčními podniky a je aplikován bankrotní model. V závěru práce je nastíněn krátkodobý finanční plán pro rok 2018, který je tvořen plánovaným vývojem dílčích položek výkazu zisku a ztráty a rozvahy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on elaboration of the financial analysis and creation of the short-term financial plan of the company POLYTEX COMPOSITE, s. r. o..The thesis consists of two main parts. In the first part, the theoretical part, there are introduced indicators, models and procedures which are applied in the practical part. At the beginning of the practical part there is the characteristic of the company and its competitors. Then the horizontal and vertical analysis is performed, the indicators of the financial analysis are used together with the competition analysis and the bankruptcy model is applied. In the conclusion of the thesis there is an outline of a short-term financial plan for the year 2018, that consists of the planned development of the sub-items of the income statement and the balance sheet. |
