| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vykazování fiktivních tržeb, které lze považovat za finanční podvody a jejich případné řešení. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na vymezení pojmů jako výnosy z provozní činnosti a jejich vykazování, popisuje rozdíl mezi kreativním účetnictvím a účetními podvody a řeší fiktivní tržbu. Hlavním cílem práce je ilustrace výše zmíněných teoretických poznatků na dvou reálných účetních podvodech s vykázáním fiktivních tržeb pomocí dvou modelů sloužících k detekci podvodu. Analyzuje data z finančních výkazů, popisuje a vysvětluje motiv, důvod a způsob spáchání podvodu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of reporting fictitious revenues, which can be considered as a financial fraud and their possible solution. The theoretical part is focused on defining terms such as operating revenues and their reporting, it describes the difference between creative accounting and accounting frauds and solves fictitious revenues. The main goal of the thesis is to illustrate the above-mentioned theoretical knowledge on two real accounting frauds with the reporting of fictitious revenues using two of the models for fraud detection. It analyzes data used from financial statements, describes and explains the motive, reason and manner of committing fraud. |
