| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou forem podnikání v zemědělském sektoru. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjištění, která z forem je pro rodinné podnikání lepší. Zda podnikat jako fyzická osoba se spolupracujícími osobami, nebo jako právnická osoba - společnost s ručením omezeným. První část práce se zabývá specifikami jednotlivých forem podnikání. Na tato specifika je dále navázáno účetní a daňové řešení v jednotlivých formách podnikání. V závěru práce jsou tato specifika porovnána na souhrnném příkladě, jak z účetního, tak z daňového hlediska. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the comparison of two forms of business in the agricultural sector. The main goal of this work is to find out which form is better for family business. Whether as a natural person with cooperating persons or as a legal entity of a limited company.The first part deals with the specifics of individual forms of business. These specifics are followed by accounting and tax solutions in individual forms of business. In conclusion, these specifics are compared on a summary example, both from the accounting and tax point of view. |
