| Abstract: | Daná práce se zabývá otázkou ochrany spotřebitele na finančních trzích, především tím, jak je v jednotlivých státech organizován mechanizmus řešení vznikajících v dané oblasti sporů. Cílem práce bylo porovnání hlavních orgánů mimosoudního rozhodování spotřebitelských sporů na příkladu dvou zemí, za tímto účelem byly autorem zvolený Česká republika a Ruská federace. Úvodní kapitoly jsou zaměřené na definice ochrany spotřebitele a seznámení s její vývojem v obou státech, aby bylo možné lepé pochopit předpoklady vzniku a fungovaní jednotlivých institucí přispívajících k ochraně. Dále následuje definice a analýza činnosti hlavních orgánů mimosoudního řízení na základě statistických výkazů, na jejichž základě bylo možné porovnaní z pohledu organizace, pravomoci a efektivity s následujícím závěrečným hodnocením. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection at financial markets area, mainly with question - how different countries organize the mechanism of conflicts solving in the stated area. The goal is to compare main institutions of alternative ways of consumer dispute resolution by an example of two lands, and as subjects author chose the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. Introductory chapters are dedicated to definition of the consumer protection and familiarization with history of its development in both countries for better understanding of establishment reasons and operation ways of individual institutions of consumer protection. Next steps are the definition of alternative dispute resolution main institutions, analysis based on published statistic information, and the following comparison in terms of organization, authority, efficiency, just as final evaluation in the end. |
