| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací Balanced scorecard v malých a středních IT podnicích. Cílem práce je navrhnout Balanced scorecard pro podnik zabývající se vývojem e-shopů pro české firmy. V první části je představena současná literatura zabývající se vývojem Balanced scorecard pro malé a střední a IT podniky, aby byla nastíněna specifika takového řešení. V druhé části je pak za pomoci SWOT analýzy a strategické mapy sestaven samotný Balanced scorecard pro firmu zabývající se vývojem e-shopů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with to design and implementation of Balanced scorecard in small and medium IT companies. The aim of this thesis is to design Balanced scorecard for medium company that is operating in the area of e-shop development for czech market. First part of the thesis is focused on current literature relevant to the topic evolution of Balanced scorecard for small, medium and IT companies to know specifics for these type of companies. In second part there, is with use of SWOT analysis and strategy map, developed Balanced scorecard for company dealing with e-shop development. |
