| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá pojištěním odpovědnosti za škodu se zaměřením na činnost daňových poradců a auditorů. První část práce je věnována úvodu do problematiky pojištění odpovědnosti a jsou v ní přiblíženy základní informace, které se týkají činnosti a profese daňového poradce a auditora včetně informací o profesních komorách. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou nabídky pojištění profesní odpovědnosti na českém pojistném trhu. V této části je detailně rozebrán tento specifický pojistný produkt u vybrané české pojišťovny. Součástí je i analýza rámcových pojistných smluv, které má uzavřené Komora auditorů ČR a Komora daňových poradců ČR prostřednictvím výhradních pojistitelů. Závěr práce je věnován mlčenlivosti daňových poradců a auditorů a diskutovaným evropským směrnicím DAC 5 a DAC 6 ve vztahu k mlčenlivosti daných profesí. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with professional liability insurance with focus on activities of tax advisors and auditors. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction to the liability insurance and introduces the basic information concerning the activities and profession of tax advisor and auditor, including information about professional chambers. The second part deals with the analysis of professional liability insurance on the Czech insurance market. This specific insurance product offered by Czech insurance market is analyzed in detail in this part. It also includes an analysis of framework insurance contracts concluded by the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic through exclusive insurers. The conclusion is devoted to the confidentiality of tax advisors and auditors and discussed European directives DAC 5 and DAC 6 in relation to the confidentiality obligation of the professions. |
