| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem Uvolněný podíl z účetního hlediska se zabývá společností s ručením omezeným a tímto právním pojmem nejen z pohledu občanského zákoníku, ale i z pohledu účetních právních norem. Autorka analyzuje pojem společnost s ručením omezeným podle zákona o obchodních korporacích, dále se zaměřuje na problematiku uvolněného podílu a jeho vývoje z pohledu stejného zákona a zákona o účetnictví. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že uvolněný podíl je poměrně novým pojmem, který pojmenovává až nový občanský zákoník, v minulosti sice do jisté míry existoval, ale zákon jej nepojmenovával. Dále autorka v práci pomocí vzorových situací a jejich řešení zanalyzovala dopady do účetnictví (zejména do vlastního kapitálu), které tyto jednotlivé situace mají. Přínosem této práce je ucelený přehled o chápaní pojmu uvolněný podíl z pohledu obou odvětví zákonů a jejich propojení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis with the title The vacant share in the accounting aspect deals with private limited company and this legal issue due to the civil code and due to accounting law. Author analyses concept of private limited company due to business corporations act and further focuses on the issue of vacant share and its development in the view of the same law and the accounting standards.The outcome of this thesis is detection that the vacant share is a quite new concept, which is firstly mentioned in the new civil code, even though it de facto existed in the past. The author also analyses impact on accounting (especially capital) by using sample situations and their solutions. The benefit of this thesis is a comprehensive overview of the notion of vacant share in terms of both branches of law and their interconnection. |
