| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou makroekonomických faktorů, které ovlivňují hypoteční trh. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. První segment diplomové práce je věnován definici základních pojmů bezprostředně spojených s hypotečním úvěrováním. Pozornost je také zaměřena na vymezení nejdůležitější právní úpravy, aktuální situaci na hypotečním trhu a také stavebnímu spoření. Druhá sekce je věnována analýze makroekonomických faktorů, které ovlivňují objem poskytnutých hypotečních úvěrů. Závěrečná část práce je věnována analýze ekonometrického modelu, kdy jsou zkoumané vztahy vymezených makroekonomických faktorů na objemu nově poskytnutých hypotečních úvěrů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of macroeconomic factors that influence the mortgage market. The work is divided into several parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basis terms directly associated with mortgage lending. Attention is also devoted to the most important legal regulations, the current situation on the mortgage market and building savings. The second part is dedicated to the analysis of macroeconomic factors, which influence the volume of provided mortgage loans. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the econometric model, where the relationships of defined macroeconomic factors in the volume of newly provided mortgage loans are examined. |
