Abstract: | Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je identifikovat oblasti nedostatečné koordinace mezi systémem sociálního zabezpečení a daňových systémů v rámci Evropského hospodářského prostotu. |

Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to identify areas of insufficient coordination between the social security system and tax legislation within the European Economic Area. The thesis is divided into four parts. After the introduction, there is a chapter in which the concepts of tax and contribution to social security are presented, what these two systems have in common and how they differ. The subject of the second chapter is the description of the main problematic areas and the explanation of the principles how to determine the appropriate legislation. The third chapter discusses possible steps that could improve the current situation and what has already been implemented. The last chapter presents 5 model situations, which are showing the impact of the misscoordination between the two systems. |
