| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi elektronizace služeb a efektivitou se zaměřením na daňovou správu. Prvním hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bude zanalyzovat vztah mezi výdaji na mzdy a informačními technologiemi v jednotlivých daňových správách napříč celým světem. V této kapitole bude také otestován vztah mezi celkovými výdaji daňových správ a HDP. Posléze budou tyto dva výsledné vztahy korelovány pomoci programu Gretl. Zdrojem dat budou databáze OECD a Eurostatu. Druhým cílem této práce je identifikace efektu vendor lock-in a potvrzení hypotézy, že tento efekt se vyskytuje převážné ve veřejných zakázkách týkajících se informačních technologií. Hlavním zdrojem dat bude bulletin veřejných zakázek v rámci Informačního systému o veřejných zakázkách. V práci budou také rozebrány možné příčiny tohoto efektu v informačních technologiích. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the topic of computerization of services and effectivity with a focus on tax administration. The first main objective of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between salary expenses and informational technologies in tax administrations throughout the whole world. The relationship between total expenses of tax administrations and GDP will be tested in this chapter. Afterwards, this relationship will be correlated using the Gretl program. The second objective of this thesis is the identification of the vendor lock-in effect which is usually present in public contracts in the information technology sector. This dissertation will also analyze the possible causes of this effect in informational technologies. |
