| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti po stránce teoretické i praktické. Cílem práce je vysvětlit proces a metody legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti, vymezit národní i mezinárodní legislativní úpravu, včetně popisu činností důležitých institucí zabývajících se bojem proti této nelegální činnosti. Dále rovněž analyzovat vývoj důležitých ukazatelů legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti na území ČR převážně na základě dat z Finančního analytického úřadu a ukázat rozvoj mezinárodní spolupráce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with theoretical and practical aspects of money laundering. The aim of this thesis is to describe the process and methods of money laundering. The goal is also to explain the process and methods of money laundering, to define national and international legislation, including the description of activities of important institutions fighting against this illegal activity. Furthermore, to analyse the development of important indicators of money laundering in the Czech Republic mainly on the basis of the data from the Financial Analytical Office and to show the development of international cooperation. |
