| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce znázorňuje roli organizace EFRAG při schvalování IFRS do právního prostředí EU. V první části jsou popsáni účastníci schvalovacího procesu IFRS. Druhá část popisuje celý proces schvalování a následně jsou tyto poznatky ukázkově aplikovány na interpretaci IFRIC 23. Závěrečná kapitola popisuje dvě hlavní role organizace EFRAG: spolupráci s Radou IASB a tvorbu doporučení ke schválení pro Evropskou komisi. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat tvorbu doporučení. Popsat, jak organizace EFRAG toto doporučení vytváří, jaké jsou její průběžné práce, jaké interní složky toto doporučení vytvářejí a podle jakých kritérií doporučení vzniká. Následně jsou tyto poznatky ukázkově aplikovány na interpretaci IFRIC 23 a standardu IFRS 16. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis shows the role of EFRAG in endorsement process of IFRS in the EU legal environment. The first part describes the participants in endorsement process of the IFRS. The second part describes the whole endorsement process and then is exemplified by IFRIC 23. The main aim of this work is to describe the creation of recommendations by EFRAG. How they create them, what are the ongoing work, what internal components make this recommendation, by what criteria is the recommendation created. Subsequently, these findings are applied to IFRIC 23 and IFRS 16. |
