| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fundamentální analýzou společnosti AT&T Inc. obchodované na The New York Stock Exchange. Společnost analyzuji na třech úrovních fundamentální analýzy (globální, odvětvové a firemní). V první části zkoumám vliv makroekonomických veličin na akciový trh v USA jako celek. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na postavení společnosti AT&T na domácím trhu. A v poslední kapitole se věnuji výpočtu vnitřní hodnoty akcie a na základě tohoto výpočtu uvádím investiční doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with fundamental analysis of American telecommunications company AT&T traded on The New York Stock Exchange. I analyze the company on three levels of fundamental analysis (global, sectoral and corporate). In the first part I focus on global factors that can affect the value of a stock. In the second chapter I examine position of the company on the domestic market. At the end I determine the intrinsic value of the stock title and define whether the stock is overvalued, undervalued or properly valued. |
