| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a tvorbu optimalizace kalkulace pro konkrétní podnik. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se tématu práce a také jsou zde popsány vztahy a základní dělení těchto pojmů na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části je popsán zkoumaný podnik a je podán optimalizační návrh kalkulace vytvořený podle doporučení odborné literatury, která jsou popsána v první části práce. Na závěr jsou shrnuta doporučení týkající se řešení dané problematiky, která zkoumaný podnik bude moci v budoucnu využít |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis and creation of optimized costing for specific business organisation. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical sections. In the teoretical section, basic terms regarding the topic of the thesis are described, as well as relationships between them and general division based on knowledge described in technical literature. In the practical section, studied business organisation is introduced and optimized costing is presented based on the recommendations from technical literature described within the first part of the thesis. At the end of the thesis, recommendations are summarized for the business organisation for their future application. |
