| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dotační politikou týkající se kultury. Jsou zde popsány přínosy kultury pro společnost a její pozitivní vliv na ostatní průmyslová odvětví a ekonomiku obecně. Na základě toho jsou uvedeny důvody pro podporu kultury z veřejných rozpočtů. Jsou zde detailněji popsány dotační programy a formuláře žádostí Ministerstva kultury a Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy, dále jsou definovány požadavky pro žadatele o grant i právní podmínky pro poskytovatele grantu. Práce obsahuje srovnání těchto dvou programů, doplněné o názory odborníků a ředitelů divadel na grantový systém a dotační politiku v České republice a o osobní rozhovor s uměleckou vedoucí neziskové organizace FysioArt, Hanou Strejčkovou. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is policy of cultural subsidies. The beginning aims to justify public budgets financing towards art and culture and to describe benefits and outcomes of culture for public wellbeing as well for economic growth, that culture and cultural industries can provide. Thesis contains description of applying forms for Ministry of Culture and Prague City Hall grant programmes in the field of dance. There are mentioned conditions for appliers and legal requirements for providers of grants. Furthermore, there is a comparison and evaluation of these two programmes. In the end professionals and theatre directors explain their opinions on cultural grants policy in Czech Republic supplemented by personal interview with art director of non-profit organization FysioArt, Hana Strejčková. |
