| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza centrálních bank České republiky a Ruské federace, jejich měnová politika a následný náhled na měnovou politiku v období finanční krize. První část definuje centrální banku, její funkce a nástroje. V druhé a třetí části práci se podíváme na základní charakteristiku České národní banky a Centrální banky Ruska a na měnovou politiku obou bank během krizového období. Další část je věnovaná komparativní analýze opatření, použitých bankami k překonání finanční krize a porovnání výsledků těchto opatření. Na závěr zanalyzujeme dopad finanční krize na bankovní sektor obou států. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of central banks of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation, their monetary policy and the subsequent view on monetary policy in the period of financial crisis. The first part defines the central bank, its functions and instruments. In the second and third part of the thesis we will look at the basic characteristics of the Czech National Bank and the Central Bank of Russia and the monetary policy of both banks during the crisis period. The next part is devoted to comparative analysis of measures used by banks to overcome the financial crisis and compare the results of these measures. Finally, we will analyze the impact of the financial crisis on the banking sector of both countries. |
