| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegální činnosti ve finančním sektoru. Cílem práce je zkoumání konkrétního trestného činu – praní špinavých peněz. V teoretické části je nutné vymezit takto protiprávní jednání, naznačit způsoby odhalení a následně způsoby prevence. V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze úspěšnosti boju proti zločinům, porovnání současné situace v České Republice a Rusku z důvodu existence odlišnosti v legislativě těchto dvou států. Podkladem pro analýzu jsou veřejně přístupná data. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis unveils the issue of illegal activity in the financial sector. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a study of a specific kind of crime - money laundering.In the theoretical part, it is necessary to define such illegal activities, to describe ways of detection and consequent prevention measures. In the practical part, the thesis provides with analysis of success of the fight against financial crimes and a comparison of the current situation in the Czech Republic and Russia because of differences in the legislation of these two states. The analysis is based on public data. |
