| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je rozbor finančního hospodaření dvou pražských fakultních nemocnic, konkrétně Fakultní nemocnice v Motole a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Teoretická část je zaměřena na úvod do zdravotnictví, je zde popsáno financování zdravotnické péče v České republice a pozornost je též věnována vývoji výdajů na zdravotnictví. Následuje vymezení finanční analýzy včetně metod a poměrových ukazatelů, které jsou využity v analytické části práce. Praktická část se věnuje finanční analýze nemocnic v letech 2010 – 2017, je proveden rozbor rozvah, výkazů zisku a ztráty a výročních zpráv nemocnic a jsou vypočítány poměrové ukazatele autarkie, rentability, likvidity a zadluženosti s ohledem na neziskovou povahu nemocnic. Na závěr jsou výsledné hodnoty nemocnic shrnuty a porovnány. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the financial situation of two teaching hospitals located in Prague, namely Fakultní nemocnice v Motole and Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice v Praze. The first part of the thesis is focused on health care and financial analysis in general, followed by an analytical part, which deals with financial analysis of these two hospitals during the years 2010 – 2017. The analysis of balance sheet, profit and loss statement and annual report is made, including financial indicators with respect to a non-profit nature of the organizations. In the end the overall situation of the two hospitals is summarized and compared. |
