| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma „Ocenění podniku Dr. Oetker, spol. s.r.o.“ je rozdělena do pěti částí. První se věnuje základním informacím a popisu společnosti. Následuje zpracování finanční a strategické analýzy. Ve čtvrté části jsou analyzovány a prognózovány generátory hodnoty, na základě kterých je sestaven finanční plán. V poslední části je Dr. Oetker oceněn výnosovou metodou DCF Equity s využitím parametrického vzorce a podpůrně je provedeno ocenění metodou tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis „Business valuation of Dr. Oetker, spol. s.r.o.“ is divided into five parts. The first one deals with the basic informations and description of the company. In the next part follows financial and strategic analysis. In the fourth part are analysed and forecasted value drivers on the basis of which the financial plan is compiled. In the last part is Dr. Oetker valued by DCF Equity method using parametric formula for terminal value and, in the alternative, a market comparison method is performed. |
