| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a optimalizace kalkulačního systému v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje manažerskému účetnictví a nákladům obecně, zaměřuje se především na kalkulační systém. V aplikační části je představen analyzovaný podnik a přístup k řízení nákladů a dosavadní řešení systému kalkulací, poskytnuta kritika dosavadního systému a doporučení týkající se kalkulačního systému. |

| Abstract: | The object of the bachelors thesis is analysis and optimalization of costing system in specific company. The theoretical part provides basic theoretical information about managerial accounting and costs in general. Emphasis is placed primarly on costing system. The specific company is introduced in the aplication part. The aplication part mainly deals with company costing process and company costing system. Also constructive critisism of the existing system and recommendations concerning the costing system are provided. |
