| Abstract: | Práce hodnotí investiční záměr spočívající v robotizaci finančního oddělení z pohledu centra sdílených služeb (SSC, z angl. Shared Services Centre). Zaměřuje se na robotickou automatizaci procesů, která je vysvětlena a srovnána s dalšími aktuálními přístupy jako je systémová integrace nebo outsourcing. Současně je kladen důraz na kritéria investičního rozhodování a metody hodnocení investic. Zvolené ukazatele jsou aplikovány s cílem zhodnotit ekonomickou efektivnost dané investice a posoudit i možné alternativní scénáře. Po vyhodnocení je potvrzena vhodnost investice pro SSC, její rychlá návratnost a stálost i při změně klíčových předpokladů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis evaluates the investment plan consisting in the robotization of the financial department from the perspective of the Shared Services Centre (SSC). It focuses on robotic process automation, which is explained and compared with other current approaches as system integration or outsourcing. Subsequently, the criteria of investment decision making, and methods of investment evaluation are described. The indicators chosen are then applied in order to evaluate the economic efficiency of the investment and to assess possible alternative scenarios. After evaluation, the suitability of the investment for the SSC is confirmed, as well as its rapid return and stability even when changing key assumptions. |
