| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vývoje bankovních úvěrů pro financování činnosti malých a středních podniků v konkrétních zemích a následné jejich porovnání. Hlavní důraz je kladen na vývoj průměrných úrokových sazeb a celkových objemů poskytnutých úvěrů v České republice a Bělorusku. V úvodní části práce jsou vymezeny malé a střední podniky v rámci pozorovaných zemí a charakterizovány existující zdroje externího financování pro podnikatelské subjekty. V klíčové části se ukazuje aktuální situace v sektoru malého a středního podnikání v České republice a Bělorusku z hlediska významnosti sektoru pro ekonomiku a existující státní podpory a uvádí se charakteristika trhu bankovních úvěrů podle jednotlivých parametrů. V závěru bakalářské práce je provedena srovnávací analýza v rámci zvolených zemí. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of bank loans for financing the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in specific countries and their subsequent comparison. The main attention is paid on the development of average interest rates and the total volume of loans provided in the Czech Republic and Belarus. In the introductory part, the work defines small and medium-sized enterprises within the observed countries and characterizes existing sources of external financing for business. The key part shows the current situation in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and Belarus in terms of the im-portance of the sector for the economy and the existing state support and the characteristics of the market of bank loans based on chosen parameters. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis there is a comparative analysis within the selected countries. |
