| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem optimalizačního řešení kalkulací ve vybraném podniku. Práce se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části.Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy k pochopení problematiky rozdělení nákladů a kalkulací, které jsou využívány pro zpracování aplikační části.V úvodu druhé části práce je představen vybraný podnik a jeho aktuální pojetí nákladů a kalkulací, které jsou následně kriticky analyzovány a podány vhodné optimalizační řešení. Na závěr práce jsou uvedeny doporučení týkající se využití kalkulací pro budoucí vývoj společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and proposal of an optimization solution of calculations in a selected company. The thesis consists of theoretical and application part.The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts to understand the issue of cost allocation and calculation, which are used for processing the application part.At the beginning of the second part of the thesis, a selected company and its current concept of costs and calculations are presented, which are then critically analyzed and appropriate optimization solutions are given. At the end of the thesis, there are recommendations concerning the use of calculations for the future development of the company. |
