| Abstract: | Cílem této práci je porovnat strukturu a vývoj veřejného dluhu ČR a Ukrajiny podle doby splatnosti, držitele a typu instrumentu. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem veřejného dluhu, jeho základní členění, příčiny vzniku a růstu, důsledky, měření veřejného dluhu, možnosti řešení a jeho vykazování v mezinárodních systémech. V praktické části je analyzován vznik a vývoj dluhu České republiky a Ukrajiny, a na závěr je provedena komparační analýza dluhu dvou zemí podle typu instrumentu, doby splatnosti a držitele. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the structure and the development of public debt between Ukraine and Czech Republic by his maturity, holders and type of instrument. The theoretical part defines a definition of public debt, classification, causes of formation and growth, consequences of public debt, possibilities of solving this problem and reporting in international systems. The practical part contains a formation and development of the public debt in Czech Republic and then in Ukraine. In conclusion, there are a comparison of public debts between Ukraine and Czech Republic by maturity, holders and type of instrument. |
