| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na účetnictví v malém a středním podniku. Obsahem práce jsou teoretická a praktická částí. Teoretická část popisuje základy účetnictví, jeho podstatu a možností právní regulace účetních jednotek v České republice. Hlavní část práce je věnovaná povinnostem výkaznictví malých a středních jednotek, popisuje překážky těchto jednotek při přechodu na mezinárodní účetní standardy. Závěrem práce je praktická část, ve které je uvedena účetní závěrka střední účetní jednotky s popisem účetních případu během jednoho účetního období. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on accounting in small and medium enterprises. The content of the thesis is theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basics of accounting, its essence and the possibility of legal regulation of accounting entities in the Czech Republic. The main part of the work is devoted to reporting obligations of small and medium entities, describes the obstacles of these entities in the transition to international accounting standards. The conclusion of the thesis is a practical part, in which the financial statements of the middle sized entity are described with a description of accounting cases during one accounting period. |
