| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá metodikou výpočtu vážených průměrných nákladů kapitálu společnosti působící v energetickém odvětví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě časti: teoretickou, ve které jsou popsané jednotlivé metodiky výpočtu parametrů nákladů kapitálu (bezriziková míra, beta faktor, prémie kapitálového trhu, náklady cizího kapitálu). Je představen výstup studie agentury ValueTrust, která provedla analýzu parametrů nákladů vlastního kapitálu pro jednotlivé ekonomické sektory v rámci evropského trhu. V praktické časti byly odhadnuty vážené náklady kapitálu pro společnost ČEZ působící v České republice, Rumunsku a Turecku. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is to demonstrate on a practical example and to describe different methods of calculation of weighted average costs of capital (WACC) for energy companies. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical part describes methods of calculation of parameters of WACC such as risk free rate, beta factor, equity risk premium and cost of debt. A part of the study is devoted to the summary of the European costs of equity analysis provided by the ValueTrust agency. In the practical part calculation of the WACC for ČEZ a.s. in the Czech republic, Romania and Turkey is demonstrated. |
