| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ocenění akcií na vybraných trzích a způsoby rozpoznání jejich nadhodnocení či podhodnocení. Pro účely zkoumání byl vybrán akciový index S&P 500. Nejprve je v práci představena globální, odvětvová a firemní fundamentální analýza, která tvoří informační základ pro oceňování akcií. Dále je vysvětlen hospodářský cyklus a možné teorie vysvětlení hospodářského cyklu. Ve druhé části práce jsou představeny další přístupy ocenění akcií a způsoby rozpoznání jejich nadhodnocení či podhodnocení. Závěrem je zpracováno zhodnocení těchto přístupů na základě grafického zpracování. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of valuation of shares in selected markets and ways of recognizing their overvaluation or undervaluation. The S&P 500 stock index was selected for research purposes. First, the global, sectoral and corporate fundamental analysis is presented in the thesis, which forms the basis for stock valuation. The business cycle and possible explanations of the business cycle are explained. In the second part of the thesis, other approaches to valuation of shares and ways of recognizing their overvaluation or undervaluation are introduced. Finally, the evaluation of these approaches is based on graphical processing. |
