| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na specifickou oblast práva, energetické právo v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Zároveň s ohledem na komplexnost tohoto oboru podle R.J. Heffrona a dalších autorů, s ohledem na tzv. energetické trigema, propojuje právní a ekonomickou problematiku této oblasti v jejich vzájemných souvislostech. Díky kombinaci detailní analýzy a komparace právní regulace podnikání a vývoje energetiky v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energie směřuje poznatky ke dvěma obecnějším problémům, a to k otázce právní jistoty, zejména z hlediska stability a předvídatelnosti práva, a dále efektivnosti podle koncepce prof. V. Knappa, Efektivnost právních norem je posuzována ve vztahu dopadu na stabilitu právní úpravy podnikání v energetice obnovitelných zdrojů v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The dissertation on the specific area of economic law, energy law in the field of renewable energy sorces. At the same time, with regard to the complexity of this field according to R.J. Heffron and other authors, with regard to the so-called energy trigemma, connect the legal and economic issues of this area in their mutual context. Thanks to the combination of detailed analysis and comparison of business regulation and development of energy in the field of renewable energy sources, the findings point to two more general problems, namely the issue of legal certainty, especially in terms of stability and predictability of law, and the effectiveness according to the concept of prof. V. Knapp. The effectiveness of legal standards is assessed in relation to the impact on the stability of the business regulation in the field of renewable energy in the Czech Republic. |
