| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou konceptu Industry 4.0 a jeho role v dnešním světě. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda využívaní tohoto konceptu a zapojení nových technologií ve výrobě mění povahu a náplň práce zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je popsána definice pojmů Industry 4.0, jeho pozadí, principy a hlavní aspekty. Důležitou částí práce je pak predikce vztahu konceptu Industry 4.0 k různým sférám života a předpoklady o tom, jak se bude měnit svět díky aspektům tohoto konceptu. V praktické části se jedná o dnešním stavu průmyslového rozvoje v České republice a na Ukrajině a také jsou představený společností Jabil a Preciosa, ve kterých se konal výzkum. Výstupem práce je analýza kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, a shrnutí vycházejících výsledků. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the concept of Industry 4.0 and its role in the modern world. The thesis is focused on determining whether the application of the concept, including the implementation of new technologies in manufacturing, changes the nature of employees' work. The theoretical part includes a comprehensive definition of the concept, it’s background, principles and major aspects of Industry 4.0. What is more, this part also contains an important prediction of the linkage between the concept Industry 4.0 and different areas of life, as well as assumptions about how Industry 4.0 and its aspects will transform the world. The practical part describes a current state of industrial development in the Czech Republic and Ukraine along with the presentation of two companies: Jabil and Preciosa, where the main research was held. The output of the study consists of a complex analysis of quantitative research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and a summary of the outcomes. |
