| Abstract: | V diplomové práci se zabývám vztahem kvartálních prezentací pro investory, tzv. „earningscallů“, a reakce externích uživatelů dobrovolně zveřejňovaných informací. Earnings callje zastoupen tzv. tónem, ten je určen počtem pozitivních a negativních slov užitých v průběhuearnings callu. Reakci externích uživatelů reprezentuje změna ceny akcie a počet otázek,které účastníci v průběhu earnings callů pokládají. V první kapitole si stanovuji tři hypotézya následné analýze podrobuji earnings cally šesti bank, jejichž akcie jsou obchodovány na ViennaStock Exchange. |

| Abstract: | In the final thesis I deal with the relationship between quarterly shareholder reports, the so-called earnings calls, and responses of external users of voluntary disclosure. Earnings call is defined by the tone, which depends on the number of positive and negative words. Responses are represented by a change in share price and by the number of questions asked. In the first chapter, I set up three hypotheses. I analyse earnings calls of six banks listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. |
