Modeling and analysis of credit process for SME segment in a bank

This thesis deals with corporate banking processes. The aim of the thesis is to analyze a credit process for SME segment in a bank and to design models using the MMABP methodology. This thesis is divided into two main parts, a theoretical and a practical one. These two parts complement each other. In the first chapter, the DSR methodology is theoretically described. The DSR methodology is used to achieve established goals of this thesis. Furthermore, research of information resources is performed. The second chapter is focused on the definition of theoretical concepts in the field of modeling and analysis of business processes and the introduction of used standards and methodology MMABP. The third chapter is focused on the definition of theoretical concepts of corporate banking, SME segment and credit process. The fourth chapter contains the practical part of this work. It is devoted to modeling and analysis of the credit process. The output of this chapter is a global process map, a class diagram, process diagrams, state diagrams and DFD diagrams. The fifth chapter is the final one. It compares outputs of the work with a selected part of the bank functional specification. Chapters in this thesis represent the achievement of partial objectives.
