Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými preferencemi generace millennials s ohledem na mix EVP zaměstnavatele ideálního pro tuto generaci. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje východiska pro část praktickou, věnuje se fenoménu employer brandingu, problematice generačních rozdílů v návaznosti na zaměstnanecké preference, a to se zaměřením na generaci millennials působící v oblasti outsourcingu účetnictví, daní a auditu. Zahrnuta je také stručná sonda do aktuální situace na pracovním trhu v ČR. Praktická část je analýzou zaměstnaneckých preferencí specifického segmentu generace v kontextu jinak realizovaných výzkumů. Cílem práce je sumarizovat aktuální poznatky z oblasti zkoumaného fenoménu, a představit je v kontextu specifického odvětví outsourcingu finančních procesů, a to v návaznosti na vlastní kvalitativní výzkum. |

Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the preferences of the millennials generation and the EVP mix, which is considered as an ideal for this generation. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes main bases for the second, practical part. Main focus areas of the theoretical part are the phenomenon of the employer branding, the problematic of generational differentiation in a workplace, with a special focus on millennials operating in the area of Accounting, Tax and Audit outsourcing. Theoretical part also includes a brief survey of the current situation on the labor market in the Czech Republic, with regards to the focus area.The practical part consists of own analysis of employee preferences of a specific generation segment in the context of otherwise realized researches. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the current findings from the area of the investigated phenomenon and to present them in the context of the specific branch of outsourcing of financial processes, based on the own qualitative research. |
