| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje situaci konkurenceschopnosti firmy XY ve stavebnictví v Praze. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecný popis konkurence a jeho částí. Vyjmenování hlavních faktorů, specifikací, bariér a strukturou stavebnictví. Praktická část se zabývá současnou situací ve stavebnictví, představením firmy XY, analýzou konkurentů, PEST a SWOT, Porterovým modelem pěti sil a BCG maticí společnosti XY. Závěr práce uvádí doporučení na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a budování konkurenční výhody. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes the situation of competitiveness company XY in the construction industry in Prague. The theoretical part focuses on the general description of the competition and its parts. Mentioning the main factors, specifications, barriers and structure of construction. The practical part deals with the current situation in the construction industry, introduction of company XY, analysis of competitors, PEST and SWOT, Porter's five forces model and BCG matrix of company XY. The conclusion of the work gives recommendations for increasing competitiveness and building a competitive advantage. |
