| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat personální činnosti z oblasti získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Denios s.r.o. V současné době je to velmi aktuální téma, protože s nedostatkem zaměstnanců se potýká většina firem. Zaměstnanci jsou klíčovým prvkem firmy. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na dosavadní teoretické poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Druhá část diplomové práce je věnována analýze současného stavu pomocí kvantitativního šetření. Šetření probíhá pomocí nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků budou navržena opatření pro zlepšení současného stavu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze personnel activities in the field of recruitment and selection of employees at Denios s.r.o. At the moment, this is a very topical issue, because most companies are struggling with the shortage of employees. Employees are a key element of the company. The first part of the thesis is focused on existing theoretical knowledge of human resources management. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current state using quantitative investigation. The survey is conducted using unstructured interviews and a questionnaire survey. Based on the results, measures will be proposed to improve the current situation. |
