| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce představuje téma procesního řízení, zejména Business process reengineeringu. Literární rešerše vysvětlují základní definice pojmů, jako jsou proces a procesní řízení. Dále jsou zde popsány základní principy pro Business process reengineering a jeho stěžejní metodiky. Nedílnou součástí je popis metodiky modelování a analýzy podnikových procesů – MMABP. V závěru rešerší je pojednáno o problematice modelování, zejména o procesním modelovacím jazyce Unified Modeling Language v notacích Eriksen-Penker a BPMN. Veškeré získané poznatky jsou využity při modelování procesů v divizi topných článků ve společnosti Toptherm s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of Business Process Management, especially Business process reengineering. Literature research explains the basic definitions of concepts such as process and process management. Furthermore, it describes the basic principles for Business process reengineering with its core methodologies. An integral part of this thesis is the explanation of the methodology of business process modeling and analysis – MMABP. The thesis also introduces general modeling language Unified Modeling Language and its specifications in the form of notation BPMN and Eriksson-Penker. All of these findings are then used in the constructing of process models and diagrams in the Toptherm Company Ltd. |
