| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou lidsko-právní aspekty zavádění umělé inteligence. Hlavním cílem práce je za pomoci metod analýzy a komparace posoudit lidsko-právní aspekty zavádění umělé inteligence do praxe, a poté monitorovat stávající a připravovaná regulační opatření v dané oblasti. Práce se také věnuje přehledu druhů umělé inteligence a možnostem využití inteligentních systémů v praxi. Dále vyjmenovává rizika, která se při zavádění umělé inteligence mohou objevit nebo již objevují. |

| Abstract: | This present bachelor thesis focuses on the Human Rights aspects of the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Using analytical methods and comparison the thesis mainly aims to assess the Human Rights aspects when implementing the AI for practical use and further to monitor the current and planned regulatory measures in this area. The thesis also presents an overview of various types of AI and looks at possible use of intelligent systems in practice. It further lists risks that are already present or may emerge when implementing AI. |
