| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na trh s dětskými hřišti. Cílem této práce bylo doporučit konkrétní firmě, na který z vybraných trhů by měla soustředit svůj vývoz. K identifikaci takového trhu či trhů posloužily analýzy podnikového mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. Konkrétně byly použity PESTLE analýzy, Porterova analýza pěti sil a SWOT analýza. Poté byly cílové trhy vymezeny dle analýzy exportního potenciálu ČR, ukazatele poptávky na zahraničních trzích a ukazatele Ease of Trade. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the children's playground market. The aim of this thesis was to recommend a particular company to which of the selected markets should focus its exports. The analysis of the corporate micro-environment and the macro-environment served to identify such a market or markets. Specifically, PESTLE analyzes, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis were used. Then the target markets were defined according to the analysis of the export potential of the Czech Republic, demand indicators on foreign markets and Ease of Trade indicators. |
