| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování podniku, přičemž jejím předmětem, potažmo hlavním cílem je stanovení tržní hodnoty podniku ELEKTROKOV, a.s. ZNOJMO za pomocí výnosových oceňovacích metod DCF a EVA entity a dále za pomocí majetkové metody v podobě metody účetní hodnoty k 31.12.2017. Samotná práce vychází ze zásad aplikovaného, respektive kvantitativního výzkumu a deskriptivního přístupu. Práce se opírá především o kvantifikační, statistické a logické metody, zejména pak o logickou párovou metodu analýza-syntéza. Stěžejním datovým zdrojem práce jsou účetní výkazy příslušného podniku, které jsou dále doplněny veřejně dostupnými daty v podobě statistických přehledů a prognóz. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny veškeré dosažené výstupy, porovnány a diskutovány výsledky zvolených metod ocenění a v neposlední řadě pak i určena výsledná tržní hodnota podniku ELEKTROKOV, a.s. ZNOJMO k 31.12.2017, čímž je dosaženo stanoveného cíle práce. Za hlavní přínos práce lze posléze označit zhodnocení úspěšnosti podniku a zvýšení informovanosti managementu o tržní hodnotě jimi řízeném podniku. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of business valuation, while its subject and main aim is to determine the market value of the company ELEKTROKOV, a.s. ZNOJMO using the income valuation methods DCF and EVA entity and the asset method in the form of a book value method to date 31.12.2017. The thesis itself is based on the principles of applied, respectively quantitative research and descriptive approach. The thesis is based mainly on quantification, statistical and logical methods, especially on the logical paired method of analysis-synthesis. Key data sources of the thesis are the financial statements of the given company, which are further supplemented by publicly available data in the form of statistical overviews and forecasts. At the end of the thesis, all achieved outputs are evaluated, the results of selected valuation methods are compared and discussed, and the final market value of ELEKTROKOV, a.s. ZNOJMO to date 31.12.2017 is determined, through which the stated aim of thesis is achieved. The main contribution of the thesis is the success evaluation of the company and increase the management's awareness of the market value of the company they manage. |
