| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Význam recenzních systémů pro cestovní ruch“ se zabývá recenzními systémy a jejich vlivem na spotřební rozhodování jednotlivých generací X, Y a Z v rámci jejich účasti na cestovním ruchu. Práce analyzuje, jaký význam mají recenzní systémy v procesu plánování účasti na cestovním ruchu a jakým způsobem ovlivňují chování účastníků cestovního ruchu různých generací během jednotlivých fází spotřebního chování. |
