| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou analýzou implementace nového informačního systému, jež podporuje dodávky zboží zákazníkovi. Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat zpětně v čase reálný projekt z hlediska času, nákladů, zdrojů a rizik. V teoretické části lze najít vysvětlení základních pojmů užívaných v řízení projektů a popis použitých metod. Praktická část práce představuje aplikaci teoretických znalostí v praxi, kde lze nalézt analýzu projektu z hlediska času, nákladů, zdrojů a kvalitativní zhodnocení rizik. Následuje zhodnocení cílů projektu, kde je rozebráno, zdali se podařilo cíle naplnit či nikoliv. K provedení uvedených analýz byl použit program MS Project 2016. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the project analysis of the implementation of a new information system that supports the delivery of goods to the customer. The aim of the work was to analyze the real project backwards in time in terms time, cost, resources and risks. In the theoretical part you can find an explanation of the basic concepts used in project management and the methods used. The practical part of the thesis presents the application of theoretical knowledge in practice, where the analysis of the project can be found in terms of time, costs, resources and qualitative risk assessment. This is followed by an evaluation of the project's objectives, where it is analyzed whether or not the objective was met. MS Project 2016 was used to perform these analyzes. |
