| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem pro založení reálného podnikatelského záměru v oblasti svatebního průmyslu. Konkrétně se jedná o svatební salon ve městě Znojmo. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje jednotlivé náležitosti podnikatelského plánu, na základě kterých je pak provedena část praktická. V podnikatelském dokumentu jsou obsaženy důležitá kritéria pro založení takového podniku, finanční plán, potřebné analýzy vnějšího prostředí metodou PEST a s použitím Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, konkurence, zákazníků, a vyhodnocení statistik. Na základě výsledků finanční analýzy je podnikatelský plán realizovatelný. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis is dealing with a business plan for establishment of a real business plan in the field of wedding industry. Specifically, the place taken for the thesis is a wedding salon in Znojmo. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the particularities of the business plan, based on which the practical part is consequently carried out. The business document contains important criteria for setting up such a business and financial plan, the necessary external environment analyses by using the PEST method and the Porter model of five competitive forces, competitors, customers, and evaluating statistics. According to the results of financial analysis, the business plan is feasible. |
