| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení aktuálního zastoupení příslušníků čtyř nejvýznamnějších „generací“ („baby boomers“, „X“, „Y“ a „Z“) v populaci ČR. Na základě literární rešerše a komparace s dostupnými analýzami a datovými zdroji jsou stanoveny obecné charakteristiky nejvýznamnějších generací, zároveň je učiněn pokus o postižení jejich domácích, „českých“ odlišností. Dále je v práci uvažována predikce potencionálního zastoupení příslušníků „generací“ na domácím trhu práce. Jako predikční období pro analýzu vývoje dostupnosti pracovní síly bylo stanoveno nadcházející desetiletí (do roku 2030). Práce je zpracována na základě literární rešerše a analýzy statistických dat zveřejňovaných oficiálními státními autoritami. Údaje z ČR jsou porovnány s dostupnými údaji z USA a SRN. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor degree thesis is to assess the current representation of the four most significant "generations" ("baby boomers", "X", "Y" and "Z") in the Czech population. Based on the literature research and comparison with available analyzes and data sources, the general characteristics of the most important generations are determined. At the same time, an attempt is made to characterize their domestic, “Czech” differences. Furthermore, the thesis considers the prediction of potential representation of members of "generations" in the domestic labor market. The coming decade (until 2030) has been set as the prediction period for analyzing the development of the of manpower availability. The work is based on a literature search and analysis of statistical data published by official state authorities. Data from the Czech Republic are compared with available data from the USA and Germany. |
