| Abstract: | Tato disertační práce se zaměřuje na podstatné aspekty ruského soutěžního práva, zejména na nejdůležitější pojmy tohoto oboru jako jsou subjekty (adresáti) právní úpravy, relevantní trh, zneužití dominantního postavení, dohody narušující soutěž, jakož i oblast nekalé soutěže. Instituty ruského soutěžního práva jsou následně podrobeny srovnání s příslušnou českou úpravou soutěžního práva, ve světle soutěžního práva Evropské unie. Cílem práce je mimo jiné určit podstatné podobnosti a odlišnosti mezi uvedenými úpravami. |

| Abstract: | The dissertation thesis focuses on substantial aspects of the Russian competition law, in particular, the most important concepts in this field of law such as subjects (addressees) of the legal regulation, relevant market, abuse of a dominant position, agreements restricting competition as well as unfair competition. The concepts of the Russian competition law are then being compared with the Czech relevant regulation of the competition law, in light of the European Union competition law. The aim of the thesis is among others to determine significant similarities and distinctions between the mentioned regulations. |
