| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Postavení žen na trhu práce v České republice. Zaměřuje se na historii i současný stav postavení žen na trhu práce. Zabývá se diskriminací žen, jejími formami a právní ochranou díky jejíž pomoci se můžou postižené ženy bránit. Dále zmiňuje efektivní formy zaměstnání či jiné nástroje, které pomáhají usnadňovat ženám jejich situaci na trhu práce. V druhé polovině práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor s vedoucím pracovním Inspektorátu práce. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis subject are issues relating to women's participation in the labour market in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the history and current status of women in the labor market. My work deals with discrimination against women and legal protection, thanks to which disabled women can defend themselves. Then the work talks about effective forms of employment or other tools that help to facilitate women's labor market situation.In the second half of the thesis there is a questionnaire survey and an interview with the head of the Labor Inspectorate. |
