| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhu produktu pivního turismu v oblasti Beskydy-Valašsko. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní východiska cestovního ruchu, pivní-ho cestovního ruchu a jeho produktů, produktů cestovního ruchu a jejich tvorby. Prak-tická část práce nejprve vymezuje a charakterizuje oblast Beskydy-Valašsko. Následuje analýza nabídky cestovního ruchu a pivního cestovního ruchu, analýza poptávky a ana-lýza řízení cestovního ruchu. Dále se práce věnuje poznatkům získaných z kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl prováděn formou rozhovorů se zástupci pivovarů. Na základě výsledků výše uvedených analýz a rozhovorů je navržen vhodný produkt pivního turismu pro oblast Beskydy-Valašsko. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this work is to create a draft of beer tourism in the Beskydy-Valašsko area. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basis of tourism, beer tourism and its products, tourism products and their creation. The practical part of the thesis first defines and characterizes the Beskydy-Valašsko area. This is followed by an analysis of tourism and beer tourism offerings, demand analysis and tourism management analysis. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the knowledge gained from qualitative research, which was conducted in the form of interviews with representatives of breweries. Based on the results of the above analyzes and interviews, a suitable product of beer tourism for the Beskydy-Valašsko area is proposed. |
